Ogden Rose Public Library Volunteer Policy
Purpose The Ogden Rose Public Library recognizes that volunteers are essential to the success of any public library. Volunteers help maximize the Library’s financial resources by performing tasks that supplement paid staff efforts, while also fostering strong connections with community groups and organizations.
By contributing their time, energy, talents, and fresh perspectives, volunteers expand and enhance the Library’s services. Volunteer opportunities also allow community members to give back, learn more about the Library, and support its mission. Together, the Library and its volunteers work to achieve shared goals and strengthen the role of the Library in the community.
